By making a purchase and/or being on site at The Hotel Niko you agree to the following:

1. No refunds at any time for any reason

2. If rude or disrespectful to employees you will be asked to leave and blocked without a refund (if applicable)

3. Checkout is every day at 12pm no matter what time you purchased your room. Please see the Front Desk for more information on your checkout time.

4. Niko or any of his employees reserve the right to block you or kick you in game for any reason as well as not return your money. You may be added to a TheHotelNiko blacklist if Niko deems so.
